About the Job:
VFI is looking for a VisionFund International Staffing Specialist to provide effective, transparent, and legally compliant recruitment services to the organization.
Tasks and Responsibilities:

Workforce planning and needs assessment:
- Develop, build, and maintain relationships with managers and people and culture (HR) staff within VisionFund International in order to fill a wide range of global vacancies in a timely manner;
- Build capacity of these staff to engage with International Staffing policies, procedures and systems, as required;
- Provide end-to-end process support to hiring managers and people and culture staff to fill specific international vacancies.

Candidate sourcing and screening:
- Develop and maintain multiple channels and networks to build a deep, diverse, and reliable sourcing pool;
- Pro-actively identify and develop effective sourcing strategies (e.g. networking contacts, system queries/searches, religious institutions, social networking sites, and other sourcing channels);
- Carry out research and database mining to identify possible sources of candidates, (e.g. recruitment websites);
- Develop, design, and implement recruiting plan for assigned positions (e.g. advertisements, networking tools), write advertisements and job postings using partnership guidelines/templates.

Interviewing and selection:
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on search progress throughout the recruitment process;
- Manage logistics and coordinate interviews for short-listed candidates with hiring managers (e.g. manage interview schedules, travel and related information to both candidates and hiring offices).

Offer, feedback, closing and selling:
- Negotiate offer with selected candidate within limits specified by hiring manager and people and culture director;
- Coordinate with team to ensure appropriate orientation/on-boarding support is provided to new hires.

Ongoing, exit, and transfer support:
- Coordinate payroll administration with appropriate offices;
- Provide support to International HR for managing employee data in personnel files/HR data systems.

General:
- Utilize current WVI applicant tracking system efficiently to ensure consistent, timely, and accurate data entry;
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and trends in recruitment, WVI & VFI organizational policies, benefits and compensation, relocation and repatriation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of 7 years in recruitment;
- Significant experience in recruitment of executive, professional, and technical positions;
- Prior experience in banking and financial sectors is required;
- Must have strong interpersonal, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills;
- Proven ability to provide high-level customer service;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Candidates for this role must be eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid EU passport or provide the necessary work permit documentation.
