About the Organization:
Invest India Micro Pension Services Private Limited (IIMPS) was established in 2006. It is focused on encouraging and enabling low income informal sector workers and financially excluded individuals to save for their old age. IIMPS has developed a proprietary micro pension model and a scalable technology-led process that delivers a range of non-credit financial services to the poor.
About the Job:
IIMPS is looking for a Vice President – Training and Financial Literacy. S/he will be responsible for the development and management of IIMPS' training and client education strategy and its implementation across multiple States.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a standard, high-quality certification-led training curriculum for micro-pension products;
- Develop effective training methodologies for training and certification of client-facing field staff of a diverse set of field/ channel partner institutions such as MFIs, NGOs, SHGs, employers, cooperatives, and worker associations;
- Establish and manage a team of master trainers and training facilitators including IIMPS field staff;
- Review the efficacy and impact of the present IEC toolkit developed by IIMPS and its field-level use by field staff with a view to further improve client knowledge and micro-savings behavior.
Qualifications:
- Should be a Post Graduate;
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in institutional capacity building, training, C4D, and public education;
- Demonstrated experience in managing a cadre of master trainers, training facilitators, and consultants in the development sector;
- Should have knowledge of/and experience with curriculum design and training delivery principles.
