About the Job:
MFIFlex is looking for Technical Documentation – Intern. S/he will be responsible for creating comprehensive technical documentation of MFIFlex. S/he will be based in Bangalore, India.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Understand the MFIFlex core-banking solution by reading the existing manuals and guide;
- Ensure that the admin guide, user guide, and technical documentation is uptodate;
- Write blogs for the website and make necessary changes to the existing website;
- Work with India and US team to create the technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong command of English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong writing skills and word-processing skills;
- Basic understanding of Wiki would be an added benefit.
