Future Financial Services Ltd. (FFSL), a subsidiary of India Finserve Advisors Pvt. Ltd. (IFAPL), is an NBFC. It operates in Southern India (Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, and Karnataka).
About the Job:
FFSL is looking for a Senior Executive/Executive Finance. S/he will be responsible for managing liquidity position and funding requirement of IFAPL. S/he will report to the assistant financial controller of the company.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring seamless audit of accounts – statutory audit/internal audit;
- Compliance of statutory requirement of IFAPL including the income tax and service tax;
- Ensuring accurate accounting by building accounting check and balances and adopting best practices;
- Finalization of monthly accounts within agreed timelines with 100% accuracy;
- Providing accurate financial information to operations and process;
- Providing Financial MIS to board, banks, FIs, IVFA, and other stakeholders for analysis;
- Timeliness and accuracy of all payments – salary, reimbursements, vendor payments;
- Strengthening the cash handling procedure by optimizing free float of fund;
- Strengthening the capital expenditure procedure by following a prescribed standard;
- Monitoring actual expenditure with the Budget. Suggesting measures for controlling cost.
Qualifications:
- B.Com. degree is required.
