Regional Executive Assistant – Latin America

About the Job:
FINCA International is looking for a Regional Executive Assistant for Latin America to provide administrative support to the deputy global chief auditor. S/he will also provide assistance in business transactions and other office activities.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Reception, quality assurance, and translation of the audit reports;
- Follow-up of the corrective actions defined by management;
- Maintenance and administration of data bases used by GCA including several risk models;
- Maintenance and quality assurance of the audit methodology defined at a centralized level;
- Prepare and maintain data bases for audit utilization based on the business information available;
- Control and follow-up of time sheets and auditors time utilization and application;
- Control and follow-up of the global budget for audit and the individual budgets at a subsidiary level;
- Control, follow-up, and quality assurance of the audit reports worldwide;
- Translate documents into English as required;
- Preparation and circulation of the audit reports to management and audit committees;
- Support to the audit committees in administrative issues;
- Coordinate of meetings, dates, time, logistics, communications, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, economics or a related fields or an advance student in any of those areas with working exposure;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international banks, international accounting or audit firm in similar or related positions;
- Fluent English and Spanish oral and written (Russian an asset);
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, MSProject.
