Regional Core Banking Program Manager – Latin America

About the Job:
FINCA International is looking for a Regional Core Banking Program Manager – Latin America. S/he will oversee FINCA's multi year Core Banking conversion projects throughout Latin America.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, execution, supervision, and control of all steps of the FLEXCUBE Core Banking conversion projects throughout FINCA's subsidiaries in Latin America, including conversions in Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, and Nicaragua.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and in English;
- Ability to travel 75% to 90% of the time;
- Experience with FLEXCUBE implementation or other large, complex Enterprise Resource Planning systems implementation in the Latin America region;
- Experience with financial services;
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills of English and Spanish Languages;
- Ability to present information and ideas clearly and concisely;
- Strong problem solving and communication skills across all levels of the business;
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
- Over 5 years of experience in project management of technical projects, preferably with experience in implementation of banking software packages.
