KPMG Advisory Spa is currently involved in the re-establishment of the Framework Contract Beneficiaries 2013-2018 to provide short-term advisor services, mainly on the spot, for the exclusive benefit of third countries receiving external aid (Central and Eastern Europe, Balkans, New Independent States, Latin America, Asia, Mediterranean countries, Africa, Caribbean, Pacific).
In this context, KPMG Advisory is involved in the recruitment and selection of quality professionals to be considered in the KPMG pool of experts for the implementation of individual projects under the Lot 11: Macro economy, Statistics and Public Finance Management, whit relevant working experience in the following fields.
– Public Finance Management
– Macroeconomic analysis/reforms
– Audit (Internal and External)
– Public Budgeting and Accounting
– Tax policy
– Debt issues
– Economic growth
– Poverty analysis
– Statistics
– Public Procurement
Eligible candidates should have international experience, have worked with different donors, in particular with the EC, and boast at least five years experience related to their sector of expertise.
Fluent English and strong communications skill are compulsory.
