About the Job:
Manager Development Program – Latin America. The position will be based throughout the Latin America region.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage projects of strategic importance and have the opportunity to use his/her individual skills, knowledge, and expertise to build institutional capacity and contribute to the strengthening and expansion of subsidiaries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent and 3 – 5 years work experience/MA or MBA desired but not required;
- Previous field experience in developing countries required, preferably in the region of assignment;
- Study/initial work experience in the microfinance, finance and/or development fields highly desirable;
- Previous study/work experience in any of the following areas highly desirable: agriculture/agribusiness, retail banking, savings;
- High Proficiency (Fluency preferred) in Spanish and/or French and English required.
