About the Job:
IntelleCash is looking for a Manager Business Development – Microfinance Operations Consulting. S/he will be responsible for setting sales targets and defining strategy to achieve these targets.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines;
- Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions;
- Draft and executive the agreement and contracts for consulting engagements;
- Maintain the Business Development databases;
- Be part of the operations team in supporting service delivery whenever required.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent degree;
- Proven track record in interaction with customers in marketing consulting services;
- At least 5 to 6 years in the microfinance industry, an exposure to social enterprise domain with specialization in consulting services is preferred;
- Experience in business development.
