It was created for the purpose of growth of the microfinance operation in the areas which are still away from the touch of the formal financial system of the economy. About the Job:
AMPL is looking for a Manager/Associate Manager – Finance. S/he will be responsible for managing managerial and financial accounting.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Managing Managerial and financial accounting;
- Review workflows and internal controls;
- Assist in advisory work and participate in finance related projects;
- Support operational and other administrative team in the providing financial information and variance analysis within prescribed timetable;
- Develop proposals for projects that could attract new funding;
- Prepare data for annual budgeting and quarterly;
- Escalate any query to the finance manager as appropriate;
- Document current processes and procedures;
- Any other reasonable requests as required to support the business.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance/MFC/Agri-Business Management/Rural Management with finance knowledge;
- Expertise in projections and financial statement analysis;
- Experienced candidates will be preferred;
- Strong drafting skills;
- Excellent communication skills.
