About the Job:
FINCA International is looking for an IT Recruiter to provide full cycle of recruiting support to hiring managers including targeted sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, negotiating, and coordinating the hiring/integrating process for all IS positions. Help providing regular management reports on results. Success in this area is measured by measurable increases in qualified candidates applying and being hired by FINCA, timeliness and quality of new hires.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and implement specific sourcing actions linked to FINCA IS staffing needs for 4 FINCA regions (Africa, Eurasia, Latin America and Greater Middle East) and for the headquarters;
- Directly in charge of the sourcing actions for the searches under his/her responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, HR Management or Business with major in HR or equivalent work experience;
- Ideal candidates will have IS recruiting experience, preferably in IT/financial services/banking organization;
- Experience of applicant tracking system (i.e. Taleo) is a plus;
- Recruiting experience in developing countries and understanding of recruiting challenges in Eurasia, Latin America and Africa required;
- Knowledge of IT industry certificates;
- Fluency in English, fluency in Spanish or Russian are highly desirable, fluency in French is a plus;
- Ability to identify what skills are required for IT professionals based on duties;
- Strong networking and negotiation skills;
- Task orientation with ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of urgency without losing composure and compromising productivity;
- Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff and candidates in a matrixed and diverse organizational structure;
- Ability to analyze and evaluate people, data and other resources to determine courses of action, ability to produce results within an unstructured and dynamic environment, demonstrate flexibility, and to respond quickly to changes;
- Understand and accurately apply numeric skills needed to negotiate staffing contracts, etc;
