Global Tax Manager

About the Job:
FINCA International is looking for a Global Tax Manager (GTM). S/he will be responsible for all the matters related to tax compliance for both the US based 501(c)(3) entity and other international group entities. The GTM will report to the chief financial officer.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Tax compliance (25%);
- International transfer pricing/intercompany remittance (25%);
- International compensation payroll taxation (25%);
- Other duties as assigned (25%).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with CPA certification desirable;

Minimum 5 to 10 years of tax accounting experience, with strong hands-on knowledge in at least one of the following:
- Non profit informational disclosure;
- Transfer pricing;
- International payroll and benefits taxation.
- Payroll or accounts receivable or accounts payable or general ledger experience;
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills to work successfully across functional lines;
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Access 97, Power Point, Lotus Notes;
- Deltek cost point (government grant’s accounting system);
- Must have excellent process management, organizational, and time management skills to prioritize and multi task to complete assignments on a timely basis;
- Must be technologically proficient with strong Excel spreadsheet skills;
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to professionally represent the accounting department when interacting with management and other functions in the company;
- Must have strong work paper and documentation skills;
- Minimum 3 or more years related experience in international taxation;
- Experience with IRS Form 990 Form 5471;
- Fluency in English. Other language skills – Spanish, Russian or French desirable.
