About the Job:
Triple Jump is looking for a Fundraiser/Manager Investor Relations to assist with fundraising and investor relations. S/he will be responsible for coordinating fundraising and investor relations efforts and will work closely with Triple Jump senior management to develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing investors.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and targeting key investors for fundraising, including development financial institutions, foundations, banks, pension funds, and other institutional investors globally;
- Initiating and executing the capital raising cycle from initial contact to closing on Triple Jump products, both through direct contact with prospective investors, and by coordinating the contacts of other Triple Jump staff with prospective investors;
- Interfacing with placement agents to raise capital;
- Preparing and updating fundraising materials, including investor presentations, research reports, and due diligence questionnaires;
- Responding to requests for information and requests for proposals from existing and potential investors;
- Generating leads, coordinating communications, and attending meetings with, prospective investors;
- Maintaining the firm’s profile by participating directly in the firm’s attendance at conferences, speaking engagements, seminars etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a (responsible) asset management company;
- Established investor network in the SRI community, predominantly with development financial institutions, government agencies, and foundations;
- Excellent relationship management, commercial and follow-up skills;
- Solid background in creating and editing client presentations, including use of MS PowerPoint and Excel;
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English both orally and in writing;
- Ideally the candidate has experience with fund structuring.
