(Creative) is a dynamic and fast-growing professional services firm that specializes in international development in the areas of education, democratic transitions and stabilization in post-conflict environments. Based in Washington, D.C. (USA), the firm has presence in 20 countries worldwide, including Morocco. Creative is seeking candidates for an anticipated US$25 million USAID-funded five-year education project in Morocco, based in Rabat. The project will support the Ministry of Education efforts to improve the reading skills of primary level students, through enhanced teacher training programs, improved classroom instruction and student assessment, community-based reading initiatives that support student retention, and improved learning delivery systems (clear standards, appropriate policies, informed decision-making, and educational technology supports). Creative is looking to assemble a strong team whose combined skills and experience can achieve these goals.
