International Sales Manager and Business Development Managers – North Africa

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior international regional manager, sales manager to join a fast-growing global company with exciting prospects.​  We are looking for proven new business hunters based from home in Africa to join a leading international money transfer business; with responsibility for the entire North African region including Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, and the Western Sahara.​  This is an exciting entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who can successfully combine their strategic insight with exceptional execution and operational skills.​

We are seeking talented sales managers and business development manager professionals with senior level experience and international exposure.​  Experience within retail financial services is highly desirable, particularly within money transfer, remittances, microfinance or mobile telecoms; however other financial services or FMCG backgrounds are also of strong interest.​

You will be able to demonstrate excellent skills and experience in the following areas:

·         Excellent experience in expanding networks and successfully developing business on an international scale;

·         Strong experience of selling into multiple distribution and retail channels;

·         Familiarity with building business strategies and plans, and managing P&Ls;

·         Excellent knowledge of the North African region;

·         Superior interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to speak the local language (English is also essential);

·         Strong customer focus skills;

·         Strong management and leadership skills.​
