Finance Mgr – Payroll (Dublin North)

Our client is seeking to strengthen its senior EMEA Payroll Team and wishes to meet with a motivated, ambitious and experienced finance professional who wishes to develop their career within a recognised global market-leader.

Overview of the responsibilities of the Finance Manager (Payroll):
* Provide guidance and leadership to the Payroll Team, across multiple locations, who are engaged in the payment of employees across EMEA
* Manage and develop the regional relationships with outsourced payroll partners to ensure that payrolls are processed accurately and on time
* Close liaison with the Leadership Teams (local & international) regarding the achievement of KPI's, SLA's, as well as input into the monthly/quarterly/annual headcount projections
* Work closely with the Global Process Owner on process improvements and changes required for growth and scalability
* Ensure that all statutory obligations and returns are done accurately and in a timely manner.
* Ensure that all company policies are adhered to in administering the payroll files
* Regular review of Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations, with back up available all transactions

Profile
* Qualified Accountant (essential)
* Experience of managing a high volume department (an advantage)
* Possess at least 4+ years experience of managing a finance team (essential)
* Previous experience of managing large projects (essential)
* Highly proficient in payroll and payroll support systems (an advantage)
* Experienced on SAP Payroll (an advantage)
* Able to demonstrate strong vendor management skills.
