About the Organization:
Invest India Micro Pension Services Private Limited (IIMPS) was established in 2006. It is focused on encouraging and enabling low income informal sector workers and financially excluded individuals to save for their old age. IIMPS has developed a proprietary micro pension model and a scalable technology led process that delivers a range of non-credit financial services to the poor.
About the Job:
IIMPS is looking for an Assistant Vice President – Products. S/he will be responsible for developing and rolling out new products, maintaining relationships with various partners like product vendors, banks, payment companies. S/he should be aware of the latest developments in the sector and using them to develop new intervention strategies.
Tasks and Responsibilities:

Product rollouts:
- Provides leadership and expertise on products, processes, and related issues to ensure effective rollouts of new products through different channels;
- Review the products and processes at periodic intervals and analyze the product effectiveness and efficiency to redefine the product and processes whenever required.

Product provider management:
- Co-ordinate with product providers to ensure that IIMPS obtains relevant, high quality cost-efficient, and customized service;
- Constantly work with service delivery partners to understand the pain-points and resolve them in a systematic manner;
- Maintain a service request tracker and deliver services in defined trun-around. Data analysis, management and reporting;
- Responsible for payment processing with product and payment vendors.
- Develop and implement appropriate data reporting systems to ensure business needs for product related information are met;
- Keep training team abreast with all the developments on new products and new processes and authorize the training content;
- Maintain awareness of the developments in the sector and best practices in the industry and proactively prepare the organization to leverage the environment.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in relevant discipline;

At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience with MFIs, NBFC,
AMC, life/general insurance companies; - AMFI IRDA certifications required;
- Excellent analytical skills. Advanced computer skills, particularly Access, Excel, and other analytical or visualization tools;
- Advanced project management skills;
- Familiarity with technology back-ends such as core banking;
- Familiar with regulation of SEBI, PFRDA, and IRDA;
- Expertise in mobile platforms preferred;
- Ability to convey complex information in user-friendly and creative ways as well as strong presentation skills;
- Fluency in English.
