About the Job:
FINCA International is looking for a Regional Network Administrator to be based in Eurasia. S/he will be is responsible for the design, planning, implementation, execution, supervision, and controls of the network infrastructure of the region as well the technical contact in the data center for Eurasia.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize (20%);
- Acquire and implement (30%);
- Deliver and support (30%);
- Monitor and evaluate (20%).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technical field;
- Must have strong SNMP and networking experience with an understanding of Netflow, SNMP, and TCP/IP;
- Experienced in both operating and configuring multiple network management system applications: CA Spectrum, IBM Netcool, CA NetQoS, CNCM, Packet Design, Arcsight, Prognosis, and OPNET;
- Configuration experience with Cisco Routers and Switches;
- Proficient with Windows Server, Linux, and UNIX;
- Knowledge with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Microsoft server products- Network Protocol experience, (ATM, TCP/IP, MPLS);
- Network management experience and a technical certification such as Network+, Linux+, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, Security+, A+;
- Proficiency in routing technology and protocols such as IP, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP;
- Fundamental WAN and LAN knowledge;
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills of English and fluent Russian Languages.
