Annapurna Microfinance Pvt. Ltd. (AMPL), a microfinance venture of People’s Forum is an NBFC regulated by Reserve Bank of India. It was created for the purpose of growth of the microfinance operation in the areas which are still away from the touch of the formal financial system of the economy. AMPL provides livelihood support to the poor households by providing financial and technical support to strengthen their entrepreneurial skill.
About the Job:
AMPL is looking for a Head – Institutional Finance. S/he will be leading the team and will be responsible for all the financial planning and operations of the organization.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage the treasury of the organization;
- Conduct capital market transaction;
- Financial planning, reporting, and forecasting;
- Proposal writing and co-ordination with FIIs;
- Institutional marketing and maintaining relationship with the partner FIIs and finding new sources for debt and equity;
- Maintaining relationship with rating agencies, donor agencies, government organizations, regulators (RBI and registrar of companies), consultancy firms and other MFIs;
- Identify and develop new stream for long term revenue growth and maintain relationship with channel partners and funders to achieve business;
- Utilize public information and personal network to develop market insight and initiation of new projects;
- Represent the organization in different forums and conventions;
- Coordinate the flow of information between the board and administrative departments.
Qualifications:
- MBA preferably in Finance, candidates from IIFM/IRMA/XIMB with experience related to finance field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance field;
- Excellent knowledge on business projection and financial statement analysis;
- Relative banking experience will be an advantage.
