About the Organization:
Ibdaa is an initiative of The Arab Gulf fund for development (AGFUND) and local socially responsible Lebanese investors. The Lebanon based institution aims at providing affordable microfinance services to poor Lebanese and legal residents of Lebanon to help them improve their quality of lives and increase their overall family income. This will be achieved through the delivery of carefully designed innovative financial products to be combined at a later stage with a group of complimentary semi-financial and non-financial services.

About the Job:
Ibdaa is seeking a Head of Accounts who will work in capacity of a member of the senior management under the direct supervision of the chief executive officer.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the finance, accountancy and other corporate functions, which include budgeting and planning, fiscal policies, and procedures;
Manage foundation secretariat and other fiscal functions such as developing, implementing, and modifying financial systems and internal controls;
Coordinate assets and liabilities management, general accounting, financial, and MIS reporting;
Review contracts, grants management, and contribute advice in financial matters to the management, CEO and board of directors.
