Channel / Division: Human Resources Directorate
Department: Talent Management Department

Position Purpose Summary

The Head of employee performance is responsible of Key Performance Indicators and leading of the performance team.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Establish, implement and maintain a Performance Management Framework.
• Develop reports to support measured KPI’s Evaluate performance of employees accordingly.
• Prepare and coordinate project audits and reviews as set out in the quality plan
• Issue and track corrective and preventive action requests made during audits
• Coordinate operations, technical and project staff training in quality as required

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR or related fields is preferable

Experience:

Minimum 6 years of professional experience in HR or related fields. Last two years in a supervisory role.
